What is Tibetan Pulsing Yoga ?

Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is a process of inner transformation and healing for everyone who is ready to take a jump from the mind to the heart.
A meditative combination of our sexual energy with the pulse beat of our hearts is creating the gentle power to dissolve blockages in the bio-electrical flow which runs our nervous system. This positive input neutralizes pain, suffering and anger through orgasmic relaxation. Our fears are transformed into bliss, joy and pleasure.

Tibetan Eye Reading

The eye is the window to the soul" is not just a poetic statement. It is a scientific fact. Just as a computer chip contains all the information of its program, the iris reveals the complete print-out of our nervous system. The very sensitive nerve knots in our eyes are connected to the entire nervous system of our body. The eyes are responding to visual input which is interpreted by the brain according to its program. The eye is the only organ through which the brain can reach to the surface. The eyeball and its delicate skin are built from the same embryonic tissue as the brain itself. We can imagine the eyeball as brain tissue sort of turned inside out and its skin as the extension of the brain skin. The iris is very fibrous and filled with many veins. It has the ability to record everything that was damaging to our nervous system in the form of markings on her visible surface. Each shock, physical, emotional or psychological, such as stress, injuries or operations causes a "scar", a blockage in our nervous system where the electrical current flow cannot pass any more freely. This blockage shows in the iris as a recognizable marking. By looking at the iris the Tibetan Pulser is able to pick up which kind of individual session will serve you best or can help you look at a specific problem you would like to dissolve, such as migranes, depression, allergies, impotence, premature ejaculation, menstrual pains, sexual abuse etc.

The Technique of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga

The job of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is to dissolve the shocks, which manifest as blockages to the electrical flow in our nervous system through meditation and relaxation. This is a specific form of bodywork, applying pressure to different points that are in direct contact with the nervous system. The gentle but continuous pressure and the connection between those points transport the magnetic pulse beat of the heart to the affected areas and they start pulsating. The pulse beat has the natural tendency to fall in synchronicity with the pulse of other hearts. The electrical harmony that results from the active pulsing on different points allows the melting of the blockage and an inner healing can occur.

The Therapist

Jagran age 55, is on the spiritual path since 1978. In 1991 he met Swami Dyan Dheeraj, the founder of the Tibetan Pulsing Art. He studied this process intensely at the Tibetan House which was part of the Osho Ashram in Pune. There he was certified for giving sessions. Jagran has himself lead groups sicne 1998. Now he looks forward to share his experience in Tibetan Pulsing with you.
