Special Rejuvenation (10 days)

     This retreat is available any time for individuals, couples or small groups. It focus on a body cleansing through a daily ayurvedic massage and steam bath during 7 days and ending on one of the main procedures of Panchakarma chosen in consideration with your pathology
(please consult Therapy/Ayurveda).

     To enhance this cleansing and relaxation 1 hour and a half Yoga comprising Hatha Yoga and The Five Tibetans will be given each morning. Ideas about nutrition taken from Naturopathy and Ayurveda will be discussed in workshops. The diet during this retreat will be strictly vegetarian and mostly organic.

Cost : 300 € (includes food mostly organic and double room shared basis ; Count 60 € supplement for a private room.)

Reiki 1 initiation will be given and explained.
