     The path of Yoga is somewhat systematic. First you train your body so that you can sit motionless; then you can control your breathing. With this controlled breathing you can then control your emotions. You can then learn to meditate and watch your mind.We propose different kinds of retreat for Buddhist and non Buddhist practitioners. From May to October in Naggar and Karjan, Kullu Valley, Himachal Pradesh.

     Small groups (4 to 5 people) will be lodged in Jhiri forest’s house and larger groups in Karjan. Prices are on a double room shared, breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Food is vegetarian and partly organic and included in all the programs.

How to cure the “rush disease?”

     Learn the art of slowing down! Silence and solitude are essential for giving you body and mind a much-needed rest.
When we are silent, we :
- find spiritual strength
- hear our inner voice better
- express faith better
- are physically and spiritually restored
     This meditation retreat is based on the 4 establishments of Mindfulness .This sutra from Buddha is the most wonderful path as it helps beings to realize purification on the 5 main hindrances and destroys pain and anxiety.
    You will practice after explanations the following techniques: observing the body, the breath, the feelings, the thoughts.
     Explanations and practice of meditation are done 2 hours in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, with walking meditation during the day.
Silence will be recommended from dinner to breakfast.
Every morning yoga class available.

Introduction to Buddhism
7 days : € 180 (vegetarian and mostly organic food with a shared based double room included, minimum 4 people)

     In this week you get explanations and practice in basic Buddhist philosophy and meditation. We will discuss the” 4 Noble Truth “ the first teaching of Buddha on which all Buddhist teachings are based and the “4 Immeasurable Thoughts” (based on a teaching by Ringu Tulku Rinpoche).
In daily group meetings we will try to clarify all questions about the subject you might have. Meditation sessions will include silent breathing meditation (Shamata) in the mornings & evenings and walking meditation in the afternoons. The importance of Post Meditation and Karma Yoga will also be explained.
     This course is meant to give you Know How so that you can do some proper meditation on your own in the future and have some start into the vast Buddhist philosophy from the very origin.

Yoga-Reiki-Chakra Meditation
7 days : 200 € (includes vegetarian and mostly organic food with a shared room.)

One hour and half yoga in the morning
Chakra meditation in the evening
Reiki 1 initiation and workshops

     There is no body posture (asana) which doesn’t affect our mind and our emotions. If you do not feel emotions while you are doing the exercises, if no sudden thoughts cross your mind, the chances are that you are blocking yourself from seeing and understanding the communication within.
     The aim of all chakra work is integration and harmony between all the different aspects of the person
     This course will bring an understanding of this sense of wholeness and the acceptance of change. Easy exercises are proposed to develop your awareness and sensitivity on different points of your body as an energy center. Finally you will be able to trust your own self healing power.


After 21 days self healing practice, another retreat can start for Reiki 2.
